ORDER WORKFLOW

From selected vehicle to destination port.

The process below reflects our confirmed standard workflow. Vehicle details, commercial terms and shipment arrangements remain subject to order confirmation.

01

Vehicle Selection & Quotation

Confirm your purchasing requirements and selected vehicles with us. Quotations are prepared for the specific vehicles and order. Our usual trade basis is FOB Guangzhou Nansha Port; ocean freight, vessel schedules, destination-port charges and other terms are subject to order confirmation.

02

30% Deposit

Once the vehicles and order terms are confirmed by both parties, the buyer pays a 30% deposit. We then begin vehicle preparation and the subsequent export arrangements.

03

Vehicle Inspection & Confirmation

We provide photos and videos of the actual vehicle(s) for buyer confirmation. Where required for an order, inspection by a freight forwarder or third party can be arranged. After the buyer confirms the vehicle(s) meet the agreed requirements, the order proceeds to the balance-payment stage.

04

70% Balance Payment

After vehicle confirmation, the buyer pays the remaining 70% balance. Subsequent shipment arrangements are made after receipt of all agreed payments.

05

Export & Shipment

After balance payment, we arrange delivery to Guangzhou Nansha Port, relevant China export procedures, booking and loading. Shipment information and applicable documents are provided according to the actual order. Vessel schedules, transit time and transport arrangements depend on the confirmed booking and carrier.

06

Destination Clearance

At the buyer’s nominated destination port, the buyer or its appointed local customs agent is generally responsible for import clearance, local taxes, port charges and vehicle registration. We can provide the applicable China export and shipping documents for the order. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, these destination-side responsibilities are not included.

ORDER-SPECIFIC CONFIRMATION

Details agreed for each transaction.

Before an order is confirmed, the buyer and seller should agree the selected vehicle(s), availability, quotation, inspection scope, applicable documents, destination port and any order-specific responsibilities.

Ocean freight, vessel schedules, transit time, destination-port charges and local import requirements vary depending on the destination and shipment and are subject to order confirmation.
