How the WhatsApp handoff works
The form prepares a message in your browser. Clicking “Continue in WhatsApp” opens WhatsApp with those details. You review the message and tap Send there; the website does not send it automatically.
This website has no enquiry database and does not save form entries in localStorage or sessionStorage. Entries are held in the current page while you prepare the message. Using “Copy enquiry” places the prepared text on your device clipboard. Your browser may separately offer autofill.
Opening WhatsApp passes the prepared message to that service. WhatsApp processes information under its own privacy policy. Once you send a message, our team receives it in the business conversation.
Using and keeping business conversations
We use enquiry information for the vehicle and export discussion you request. Where an enquiry becomes an order, relevant information may also be needed for the agreed transaction, export arrangements and applicable recordkeeping requirements.
Business conversations and order records are retained for those purposes as needed. Contact us to ask about your information, request a correction or discuss deletion; some transaction records may need to be retained for applicable obligations.
Optional website analytics
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to measure page views, vehicle-detail views and clicks that open WhatsApp. Our usage events contain the published page path, a catalogue vehicle identifier where applicable, and the button location. Names, emails, enquiry text, WhatsApp message text, URL queries and URL fragments are excluded from those events.
A WhatsApp click records an attempt to open a chat. It does not confirm that a message was sent, received or became an order. Reports show browsing and click activity and may be affected by consent choices, blocked requests or repeated visits.
When enabled and accepted, Google Analytics may use analytics cookies to distinguish visits and process technical information such as device/browser details and network data under Google’s privacy policy. Advertising signals and advertising personalisation are disabled in our integration. Analytics data retention is controlled in the Analytics account settings.
When optional analytics are available, your consent choice is saved in your browser for up to 180 days. Analytics cookies set by our integration are configured to expire after 90 days.
